If your new shirt or hoodie has a vinegar-like smell or an off-white residue, don't worry. This is due to a fixation agent used during the direct-to-garment (DTG) printing process. The agent helps the ink bond with the fabric and is not permanent. Simply wash the garment once, and the smell and residue will disappear. If the discoloration is noticeable, our quality control team includes a card explaining the fixation agent.

Print-on-demand (POD) using direct-to-garment (DTG) printing is more sustainable than traditional methods like screen printing. Screen printing uses a lot of water and non-biodegradable plastisol inks and is typically used for bulk orders, leading to overproduction. In contrast, DTG printing is eco-friendly as items are printed only when ordered, reducing waste and allowing for single-item printing.

Orders are shipped after fulfillment, which takes about 2-7 business days for apparel products and 2-5 business days for non-apparel items. Fulfillment time is calculated in business days and does not include shipping time.
